The NSCA Women’s Committee is proud to sponsor the Women’s Mentorship Program, which supports, develops, and enhances the advancement of women in strength and conditioning and related professions.
The program runs for 6 months—May-October. Initial communication and delivery of materials begins in April. Beginning in May, mentor/mentee pairs have monthly 1-on-1 meetings. All participants join large group workshops held each month as well.
Applications for both mentors and mentees have closed for 2024.
NSCA certified with 3+ years of professional experience. For persons working in education or research, a master’s degree or higher is also required.
Open to learning and actively pursuing a career in strength and conditioning or related profession.
The NSCA is a recognized 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit dedicated to advancing strength and conditioning research and education for all people.
