The NSCA Conference Committee and local leadership invite the submission of presentations for National Conference, Coaches Conference, Personal Trainers Conference, and Tactical Annual Training, as well as state/provincial and regional events. Please note, all presentations must be delivered in English.
The NSCA Conference Committee will review all national event applications at this year's National Conference for inclusion in the following year's event. Applications must be received by May 15 of each year for consideration the following year. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed. If approved, you will be notified prior to the event.
State/provincial and regional leadership will review submitted applications as they are received for inclusion in their upcoming events. If approved, you will be notified prior to the event.
Main Session(s) - Must hold a post-graduate degree (Master's or higher) and/or be NSCA certified with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
Practical - Must be NSCA certified, or hold a four-year degree or higher.
The NSCA Conference Committee and local leadership reserve the right to consider experience in lieu of these qualification criteria on a case-by-case basis.
The compensation package provided to main sessions 50 minutes or longer is based upon the length of the session. Compensation is per session, not per person and includes honorarium, one-two night's lodging, airfare up to $420, and a conference registration. Roundtable Discussions, Research Podium Presentation, and Poster presentations are not compensated.
