Join us on Tuesday, July 28th from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm at NSCA World Headquarters, for a day of education geared towards providing evidence-based strength and conditioning best practices into your K-12 physical education classes.
The NSCA, in collaboration with subject matter experts in the fields of Physical Education, Pedagogy, High School Strength & Conditioning, and LTAD, are excited to offer an all-day workshop on Strength & Conditioning in K-12. This course has the following objectives:
Physical educators of all grade levels, as well as sports/strength & conditioning coaches, and administrators who work with all ages in the school setting, are welcome to attend.
