Personal development is defined as any activity that keeps you current with the NSCA certification you hold and does not fit into another category or activity listed. Some examples of activities include reading journals, magazines, and books, viewing websites related to strength and conditioning or personal training; or participating in self-improvement seminars.

Note: Only continuing education content that directly relates to the scope of practice and detailed content outline (DCO) of an NSCA certification exam will be accepted.
