Adam Virgile (@adamvirgile) served as the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the New York Rangers hockey team (2013). In 2015, he became the teams first Sport Scientist. In Fall 2019, Adam will transition to pursue a doctorate in Human Rehabilitation and Movement Science at The University of Vermont. He is also the creator of adamvirgile.com, a website dedicated to providing content in the form of infographics and research reviews with the goal of enabling readers to make informed decisions about health, wellness, nutrition, exercise, and sport science.
