Loren Landow is a world-renowned strength and conditioning coach with over 25 years of elite-level experience. In 2024, he began his role as the Trematerra Family Director of Football Performance at the University of Notre Dame. Previously, he served as Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Denver Broncos and owns Landow Performance in Centennial, Colorado. Landow has trained thousands of athletes across the NFL, NHL, MLB, UFC, WNBA, and Olympics, including over 70 NFL All-Pros and 25 first-round draft picks.
