Lyndie Kelley is the Coordinator of Strength and Conditioning at the University of New England (UNE) in Biddeford, ME. She is responsible for working with all 17 varsity athletics programs at UNE and serves as a Laboratory Instructor for the Department of Exercise and Sport Performance. Her interests are in mentoring/developing young professionals and the balance between the art and science of coaching. She is particularly passionate about increasing the performance resources available to NCAA DIII student-athletes.

Maureen “Moe” Butler is the Associate Director of Athletics for Sports Performance at the University of Connecticut and is the owner of Excelerated Performance Training. In addition to overseeing the Sport Performance department she is directly responsible for the Men’s Ice Hockey and Women’s Tennis teams. Areas of interest include growing the department in both resources and staff, as well as mentoring and leadership development.

Adam Feit is an Assistant Professor of Exercise Science at Springfield College (MA). He is also the co-owner of TF Performance, a youth training facility based in western Massachusetts. Feit specializes in high-performance consulting and teaching within the areas of coaching education, sport and exercise psychology, strength and conditioning, and nutrition.

Scott Leech is the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of Rhode Island, and the Rhode Island NSCA State Director. Born and raised in the Ocean State, Leech takes pride in helping undersized overachievers reach their dreams.

Scott Caulfield directs the oversight, development, and management of individual and group strength and conditioning programs for over 600 student-athletes participating in Norwich University's 22 Division III varsity athletic programs. He has been involved in fitness and athletics for more than two decades becoming well known across the profession in his work at the NSCA Headquarters from 2011-2019, where he utilized 20+ years of "under the bar" lifting and coaching experience in a variety of different roles in support of the NSCA's mission as the worldwide authority on strength and conditioning.

Emma Hicks is currently the Director of Gym Operations at ForFitness and Athletics, a private, multidisciplinary facility in Rothesay, NB. She supports a small team of coaches and works with clientele ranging from general population, developmental to professional athletes, and tactical groups.

Dominick Patry-Tremblay is currently a strength and conditioning coach at Excellence Sportive Laurentides, a regional training center outside of Montreal, where he works with high school and collegiate athletes. He was previously a strength coach in the Chicago Cubs organization and at the national and regional training centers (INS and ESIM) in Montreal where he worked with international and Olympic-level athletes from a variety of sports.
