Andrew Shim is the Program Director of the Kinesiology & Exercise Science Program at the College of Saint Mary/Omaha, NE. His research involves stability and prioprioception in all age groups and functional abilities.

Dr. Adam Bradley is an Assistant Professor of Kinesiology at Central College in Pella, IA. He is actively involved in Central's strength and conditioning program and creates educational social media content. His interest areas include skeletal muscle adaptation, athletic performance, and social media misinformation.

Nebraska

Ian Bonder is a current PhD student at Concordia University - St. Paul (MN) and a full-time instructor in the Department of Kinesiology and Exercise Science at the College of Saint Mary in Omaha, NE. He is also the Director of Sports Performance for Warren Academy in Omaha, NE. He is actively involved with research in the areas of tactical strength and conditioning, time-efficient training methods, and micro-dosed programming.

North Dakota

Dr. Nathan Dicks is an Assistant Professor at North Dakota State University. He has a PhD in Exercise Science and Nutrition from North Dakota State University. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist® and Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator® with Distinction from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. His research interests explore tactical population wellness, fitness, performance, and athletic testing and performance methods.

South Dakota

Seth Daughters is an Instructor and Field Experience Coordinator in the Exercise Science Program at South Dakota State University (SDSU). Daughters is also active as a strength and conditioning coach, working with local high school athletes and general populations. Prior to joining the faculty at SDSU, Daughters spent time as a Head Strength and Conditioning Coach in the private sector, a high school strength and conditioning coach and a college strength and conditioning coach.
