Julia Olsen is a Professor of Practice and Lab Coordinator in Delaware State University's Public and Allied Health Sciences. Her interests include behavior change, strength and conditioning, and the tactical populations.

Jordan Downes enters his sixth year in the profession of Collegiate Sports Performance. He serves as the Director of Sports Performance at Widener University. Prior to Widener, Downes graduated from King's College with a Bachelor's in Exercise Science and a Master's in Nutritional Sciences.

Angelo Gingerelli has been the strength and conditioning coach at Seton Hall University (SHU) since 2005. He has also worked in the professional and private sectors. Gingerelli recently published “Finish Strong: Resistance Training for Endurance Athletes” and his current main areas of interest include collegiate athletes and endurance sports. He lives in Long Branch, NJ and works on SHU’s South Orange campus.

Hayden Gerhart is currently an Associate Professor of Exercise Science at Grove City College. He teaches undergraduate coursework in the area of exercise physiology, biomechanics, sport performance, research methods and design, and tactical strength and conditioning. His primary area of interest lies within the specialty of strength and conditioning and environmental physiology, where he works with both traditional and tactical athletes, as well as first responders to simulate work stress and assess physiological and performance outcomes.

Barry Parker is an Assistant Professor and Department Chair of Exercise Science at Shenandoah University in Winchester, VA. He has worked as a personal trainer and collegiate strength and conditioning coach. His interests include training for the performing artist.

Dr. Jessica Graham is an Assistant Professor of Health Promotion/Exercise Science at Shepherd University in Shepherdstown, WV. She also serves as the Shepherd University Human Performance Lab Director and is charged with guiding and supervising daily lab operations, and implementing and tracking student learning objectives. Graham teaches courses in exercise science, clinical lab experience, research in health promotion and exercise science, and health promotion. She is also responsible for maintaining the current accreditation status of the Health and Promotion/Exercise Science program.
