Renée Hoppe is a full professor at Delta College in the Health and Wellness Department. She teaches classes such as the Theory of Strength and Conditioning in the Health Fitness Specialist and Personal Training Programs. Hoppe also teaches occupational wellness courses for the Nursing and Dental Hygiene Programs and is a BLS instructor for the American Heart Association. Hoppe has experience in strength and conditioning for hockey, rugby, and softball at the college level, but also works in the community training kids and high school athletes. Aside from her responsibilities at the college and in the local community, she is a personal trainer and the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach of Team USA Ringette.

Josh Miller is a Clinical Associate Professor and Director of Undergraduate Studies at the University of Illinois in the Department of Kinesiology and Nutrition. He has worked with various types of athletes over the years and looks forward to working with you.

Nate Brown has over 15 years of experience in the fitness and sport performance areas. He is currently a corporate fitness center manager for Eli Lilly in Indianapolis and develops strength and conditioning workouts for high school athletes in his spare time.

Mike Lane is a professor at Eastern Kentucky University where he performs research on load carriage and body composition tracking in athletic populations. Lane also coaches and consults with a number of athletic teams, specifically with the men's and women's cross country teams at Eastern Kentucky University.

Dane Bartz is a Professor in the Wellness, Health, and Exercise Science Department at Macomb Community College in Michigan. Additionally, Bartz owns Linked Fit in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Linked Fit is a performance-based training facility that provides various services for the general population, fitness enthusiasts, athletes, and tactical facilitators. Dane has coached numerous Macomb/Oakland County, Michigan athletes who have committed to D1, D2, and D3 collegiate athletic programs around the U.S. for football, basketball, soccer, volleyball, and more. His research interests include performance recovery, functional biomechanics, load and fatigue management, heart rate variability, and technology integration.

Dustin Kaplan has dedicated the last five years to improving the health and fitness levels of his clients and athletes. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from Ohio University and is currently a licensed Athletic Trainer (AT). Kaplan is also a licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and as the owner of the Kaplan Institute of Performance Health, he utilizes corrective exercise techniques and medical massage to help his clients reach their optimal performance levels via personal training. Additionally, he acts as the strength and conditioning coach at the high school level and is a certified USA Boxing coach and judge (USA-B).

Tony Pustina is the Chair of the Exercise & Sport Science Department at Carthage College in Kenosha, WI. He teaches exercise physiology, biomechanics, and exercise prescription courses to undergraduates, and teaches courses in the Master of Education-Sports Leadership program at Carthage. Pustina is also currently a strength & conditioning coach for the women’s soccer team at Carthage College.
