Troubleshooting:
If you are an NSCA member, and your email is not recognized, double-check that you've entered the same email address associated with your NSCA account.
If you can't remember what email you used to create your NSCA account, please contact us.
If your password isn’t working, you will need to reset your password:
- Click Sign in in the top right corner of the page at NSCA.tv and enter your email address.
- Click Next.
- Underneath the password field, select "Reset Password".
- Re-enter your email address and select "Reset Password".
- If you are an active customer, you will be emailed a link to set a new password. Check your email inbox for that link.
Note: If you do not receive an email to reset your password, check your spam folder. If you still do not see an email, it is likely that you are using an incorrect email address. Please try any other addresses you own. Check all of your email inboxes for a 'Start Watching' email from VHX.
