NSCA Experience Day Giveaway 2026

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. 1. SPONSOR

The National Strength and Conditioning Association (“NSCA”), 1885 Bob Johnson Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80906, is the sponsor and administrator of this giveaway.

1. 2. ELIGIBILITY

This giveaway is open to all Internet participants who are United States residents who are 18 years of age or older, with Internet access prior to the start date and time of the sweepstakes/giveaway ,and are currently enrolled in high school or college. Entrants must have an interest in a career in fitness and must not be enrolled in a CASCE-accredited program, not hold any NSCA certification, and not be current NSCA members. Employees and directors of Sponsor and its sponsoring organizations (collectively, “Sponsor’s Entities”) (and the immediate family members, including parents, spouses, children, and siblings, of all of the foregoing) are not eligible to participate or win.

1. 3. ENTRY PERIOD

Entries open November 3, 2025, at 12:00 PM MST and close February 28, 2026, at 11:59 PM MST (the “Entry Period”).

1. 4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, complete the official online entry form provided by the NSCA during the Entry Period. Limit one entry per person, household, IP address and/or email address. Any attempt to enter more than once will void all entries for that entrant. Entries will be deemed to have been submitted and made by the authorized account holder of the email address at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning such email addresses for its associated domain name. Any entry information collected from the Sweepstakes shall be used only in a manner consistent with the consent given by entrants at the time of the entry, with these Official Rules and with Sponsor’s Online Privacy Policy. False, fraudulent, or deceptive entries or acts will render entrant(s) and entries ineligible. By entering, the entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Sponsor’s representatives in all matters relating to this sweepstakes/giveaway. Entrants will be notified that, if selected as a winner, they must provide a letter of recommendation from a teacher, professor, or coach confirming their interest in the field of fitness before receiving their prize.

1. 5. PRIZE

Five (5) winners will each receive a 6–8 hour “Experience Day” with a collegiate or professional CSCS-certified strength and conditioning coach at a training facility. The NSCA will pre-select participating coaches and facilities and match winners based on geographic proximity and area of interest.

Each prize includes:

• • • • Travel and lodging arranged by the NSCA.
      • Food and local transfer stipend of $100/day for a maximum of 2 days while traveling to and from the Experience Day to be paid in the form of check or gift card.
      • The professional experience day coordinated by the NSCA and host coach.

Approximate Retail Value of each prize: $2,500 USD. Prize value may vary depending on travel origin and actual travel costs. All expenses not specifically described above are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are nontransferable and not redeemable for cash.

Odds of winning a prize are determined by total number of eligible entries received. Limit one prize per person, household, IP address, and/or email address. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion. Prizes are not transferable.

1. 6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

On or about March 10, 2026, five (5) potential winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via email no later than March 20, 2026 and must respond within ten (10) days to confirm acceptance. Failure to respond, failure to provide a required letter of recommendation, or failure to meet eligibility requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

1. 7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Winners will be required to sign and return a liability waiver and publicity release prior to participation. By accepting the prize, each winner consents to the NSCA’s use of their name, image, likeness, voice, biographical information, and statements for promotional or other lawful purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.

1. 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the NSCA and its affiliates, partners, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in this giveaway or use of the prize.

1. 9. DATA PRIVACY

Personal data collected will be used to administer the giveaway and, with entrant’s opt-in consent, for future NSCA marketing and communications. Information will not be sold or shared with third parties. Entrants may withdraw consent at any time by contacting the NSCA.

1. 10. GOVERNING LAW

All disputes arising under these rules will be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.

1. 11. GENERAL

Void where prohibited by law. All entries become property of Sponsor and may not be acknowledged or returned. Acknowledgment of an entry does not indicate that the entry qualifies, only that the entry has been received. By entering, the entrant assumes all liability for injury or damage caused or alleged to be caused by participation in this sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor’s Entities and all Internet server(s) and access provider(s), and the respective entities, designees and representatives of each of the foregoing (collectively, the “Releases”) are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; technical malfunctions; failures, omissions, interruptions, deletions or defects of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, servers, providers or software, including without limitation any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in the sweepstakes; inability to access NSCA.com Site and/or any other website referenced herein; theft, tampering, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; data that is processed late or incorrectly, or is incomplete, stolen or lost due to telephone, computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on telephone lines or the Internet or any web site or for any other reason whatsoever; or printing or other errors. By entering, the entrant releases and waives any claim(s) they may have against releases for any and all injuries, claims, damages, losses, costs or expenses of any kind (including without limitation attorney’s fees) resulting from or alleged to result from participation in this sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize or parts thereof, or participation in this sweepstakes. Sponsor shall not be liable to winner or any other person for failure to supply the prize by reason of any act of God, any action, regulation, order or request by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action, regulations, order or request proves to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal) labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, international carrier issues or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s sole control. If for any reason, the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures or any other causes, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this sweepstakes or any portion thereof. In the event this Sweepstakes is canceled, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing to award all remaining prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation. If such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension occurs, notification will be posted at the NSCA.com Site. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and/or civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. A potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry and that all eligibility requirements are met. NOTE: Internet entry must be made by the entrant by using NSCA Giveaway Entry Form. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other Internet web site or e-mail address, including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service site, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this sweepstakes. Use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited.
