Participants will learn efficient movement progressons, key coaching cues, and practical drills that improve athlete performance without overcomplicating the process. |

Training female athletes specifically requires an appreciation for the interworkings of the human body. This means an understanding of the physiological differences that accompany each team, group, and individual and finding ways to make each experience as beneficial as possible. |

The NSCA will automatically apply the CEUs to your NSCA Account. If you need to report CEUs elsewhere, you may use the Certificate of Attendance.
