Overview

The NSCA is concerned about the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and continues to monitor the CDC website for recommendations regarding in-person events. Frank Romanazzi, your NSCA Iowa State Director, and the NSCA have determined it best to reschedule the NSCA Iowa State Clinic that was planned for April 4, 2020. You will be notified as soon as a new date is secured.

NSCA's Foundations of Coaching Lifts is here!  Gain proficiency and confidence in coaching essential lifts in this one-day certificate course.  Taught by CSCS-certified experienced coaches, you'll learn:

  • Coaching fundamentals applied to core lifts (bench press, push press, squat and power clean).
  • How to effectively apply variations of these lifts with athletes and clients.
