Valeria Ruffo

Valeria Ruffo is a exercise science graduate with a strong background in collegiate soccer and sports performance training. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Gardner-Webb University in North Carolina, graduating in December 2024. She interned with the Inter Miami Club Football teams head strength and conditioning trainers, working with both the Major League Soccer (MLS) and MLS Next Pro teams in the summers of 2023 and 2024. With a deep interest in strength and conditioning, injury prevention, and performance optimization, Ruffo aspires to pursue a doctoral degree in physical therapy and work as a physical therapist for a major soccer club.
