Nicholas Rea is a strength and conditioning coach with experience training youth, high school, and collegiate athletes. He specializes in long-term athletic development, speed and agility enhancement, and injury prevention strategies designed to support sustainable athletic performance. Rea earned his Masters degree in Exercise and Sport Science from Sacred Heart University. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and holds Level 1 and 2 certifications as a Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC) through Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning. He currently serves as the Lead Athlete Success Coordinator at Athletic Movement Protocol, where he designs and implements individualized training programs that prioritize performance, durability, and long-term athletic growth.
