Julia Ladewski is currently the Director of Parisi Speed School in Indiana and works with youth and adults. From 2002 to 2009, she was the Assistant Director of Strength and Conditioning at the University of Buffalo. Ladewski is also a professional powerlifter and an elitefts.com athlete and staff member. She is part of the Institutional Review Board for MusclePharm as well.
The NSCA is a recognized 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit dedicated to advancing strength and conditioning research and education for all people.
