Whitney Tramel, MS, CSCS,*D, TSAC-F,*D, RSCC is the Tactical Program Manager at the NSCA Headquarters in Colorado Springs. She is a strength and conditioning professional specializing in tactical performance and human readiness and has worked with a wide range of individuals across sport, military, and public safety environments.
