David Larson holds a Doctorate of Health Science degree and a Master of Science degree in Kinesiology from A.T. Still University, as well as an Executive Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Arizona State University. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and a Certified Level 2 Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition (PN2). Larson is a Program Director and Associate Teaching Professor in Kinesiology at the College of Health Solutions at Arizona State University and an Adjunct Professor at A.T. Still University. Since 2012, he has been deeply involved in the personal training industry, where he has developed extensive expertise in designing and implementing tailored fitness programs. Larson specializes in prenatal and postnatal strength training, youth athletic performance, and fitness for aging populations.
