Brandon Holder, CSCS, RSCC

Brandon Holder serves as the Strength and Conditioning Coordinator of the Fairfax County Police Department in Virginia. He has diverse coaching experience working in the private and collegiate sectors, including coaching athletes and clients from a variety of levels. Along with his coaching experience, he has previously competed in powerlifting and strongman competitions and holds certifications through United States of America Weightlifting (USAW) and United States of America Track and Field (USATF), amongst others.
