Niondina Nystrm was born and raised in Bors, Sweden. She moved to the United States to join the Eastern Illinois University womens soccer team and earn her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Kinesiology. She was awarded the Distinguished Graduate Student and Distinguished International Graduate Student Award in the Exercise Physiology Department. She is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Nystrm is currently working as the Gym Manager for Body and Soul in Miami, FL, where she also teaches group fitness classes and coaches sports performance.
