MAJ Mark Holt is an active-duty Army officer and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physical Education at the United States Military Academy, West Point. He is an AH-64D pilot with over 10 years of operational experience leading diverse military teams and organizations. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management from the University of Alabama and a Master of Science degree in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University. His athletic background and qualifications include the following: national champion football player at the University of Alabama, Brown Belt in Jiu-Jitsu, Tactical Combatives Certified Instructor, and Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). MAJ Holt serves as a combatives instructor at the United States Military Academy, where he is committed to developing physically fit and mentally tough leaders of character.
The NSCA is a recognized 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit dedicated to advancing strength and conditioning research and education for all people.
