Samantha Dardaman is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Registered Strength and Conditioning Coach (RSCC) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). She holds a Bachelors degree in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Central Florida and a Masters degree in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at Tyler. After a decade of working as a personal trainer and strength coach, her work in sports performance expanded to include mental performance training as well. Through her fieldwork and research endeavors, Dardamans mission is to bridge the gap between physical and mental preparation for optimizing athlete performance. Dardaman is currently pursuing her PhD in Human Performance and Movement Sciences with a concentration in the Psychophysiology of Exercise at the University of North Texas. She is the president of the University of North Texas Strength and Conditioning Club and serves on the NSCA Advisory Board for the state of Texas.
