Emily Schilling has 13 years of collegiate strength and conditioning experience. She was hired at The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in September 2016 and was named the Associate Strength and Conditioning Coach for Olympic sports in Fall 2020. In her current role, Schilling directs the design and implementation of the annual training plans comprising volleyball, men's golf and women's golf. Schilling has coaching experience at Hofstra University, Villanova University and The University of Northern Colorado. Schilling earned a bachelors degree in exercise and sport science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 2010 and a masters degree in biomechanics from the University of Northern Colorado in 2013. She holds certifications from the NSCA, CSCCa, Titlist Performance Institute, and Precision Nutrition.
