J. Aggabao is the associate athletic director for sports performance at Santa Clara University. Aggabao (AG-ah-bow), who was hired in January 2021, oversees all aspects of the strength and conditioning program for the schools 20 sports.? He most recently served as the senior manager of football performance at Sports Academy (formerly the Mamba Sports Academy) where he oversaw all aspects of performance for the Elite Football programs, including the NFL Combine/Draft prep, NFL offseason, and special projects such as Bishop Alemany Football Strength & Conditioning. Aggabao served as the head strength and conditioning coach for the Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Football League from 2017-18. The team earned the 2017 Grey Cup Championship. From 2013-17, he was a strength and conditioning coach for the St. Louis/Los Angeles Rams. A native of Talofofo, Guam, Aggabao holds a bachelor of science in kinesiology, majoring in movement studies, from Washington State. He went on to earn a masters of science in exercise physiology from Illinois State.? A U.S. Navy Veteran, serving from 2002-07, Aggabao emigrated from Guam to the United States at age 7.
