Jeffrey Hartman is a Professor of Exercise Science at Gardner- Webb University, specializing in applied exercise physiology. Hartman earned his Doctorate and Master of Education degrees from the University of Virginia and is a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist (LMBT), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), and Exercise Physiologist (EP-C) through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).
The NSCA is a recognized 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit dedicated to advancing strength and conditioning research and education for all people.
