Dane Bartz is the co-owner of Linked Fit HQ in Rochester Hills, MI, and is the creator of the Recovery Cycle educational system. He loves researching different restorative techniques that can be utilized in training to help improve regeneration of the mind and body. Bartz is an Adjunct Faculty member at Saint Xavier Universityand Oakland Community College. His doctoral dissertation studiedlaw enforcement officers startle response times and handgunperformance while experiencing a simulated ambush. Bartz holds a variety of professional certifications from fitness organizations, such as the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), United States of America Weightlifting (USAW), and Pain-Free Performance Specialist Certification (PPSC). Bartzs academic background includes a PhD, Master of Science, and Bachelor of Science degrees in the fields of health sciences, exercise science, and human/sport performance.
