Donovan Santas has six years of experience as the Head Major League Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Toronto Blue Jays Major League Baseball (MLB) club. Since receiving a degree in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, he has worked in professional baseball for over 15 years. He has been a repeat expert speaker at MLBs Winter Meetings, presenting on best practices to both major and minor league strength and conditioning coaches. Over the course of his career in baseball, Santas has trained numerous high-profile athletes, including Roy Halladay, C.C. Sabathia, and Hall of Famer, Frank Thomas.
