Joe Siara is the Manager of Peak Performance Programs for the New York Yankees. He oversees the integration and management of several baseball-related technologies throughout the organization. Before the Yankees, Joe spent three seasons as the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at Santa Clara University working directly with the men's and women's basketball teams. He earned a Master of Science in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology with an emphasis on Human Performance from the University of Florida. During his time at UF, Joe interned with the strength and conditioning department working with men's basketball and the mens and womens tennis and golf teams. He is also a graduate of Indiana University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology.
