Michael Asken is the psychologist for the Pennsylvania State Police. He is a Fellow of the Division of Exercise, Sport, and Performance Psychology of the American Psychological Association. He has trained police officers, military personnel, firefighters, emergency medicine professionals, and athletes in the mental aspects of elite performance.
The NSCA is a recognized 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit dedicated to advancing strength and conditioning research and education for all people.
