Daniel Flahie is currently the Program Director and Assistant Professor of Exercise Science and Health and an Assistant Track and Field Coach at Mount Marty College. Flahie holds both a Bachelors and Masters degree in Exercise Science and is currently pursuing a PhD in Health and Human Performance. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Certified Speed and Agility Coach (CSAC), Functional Movement Screen (FMS) Level 1, Y- Balance Test (YBT), and Reflexive Performance Reset Level 2 (RPR) Certified. Flahie has several years of experience as a personal trainer and strength coach and has been published numerous times in the Nebraska Coaches Magazine, and the National Strength and Conditioning Associations (NSCA) Personal Training Quarterly, among others. He is also the co-host of the Die Healthier Podcast available on iTunes and GooglePlay.
The NSCA is a recognized 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit dedicated to advancing strength and conditioning research and education for all people.
