Jeremy Gough currently serves as the director of sport performance at Kennesaw State.Gough was a graduate assistant in the strength and conditioning program at KSU while getting his master's in exercise and health science. During his two years as a GA, Gough worked with women's basketball, women's soccer, men's tennis, men's and women's golf and also assisted in training of other sports. While working at Kennesaw State, Gough gained valuable experience in scientific based periodization programs, prehabilitation and injury prevention training programs that he used while working at the USOC.After graduating with a master's degree, Gough became a strength and conditioning sport physiology fellow with the United States Olympic Committee in Colorado Springs, Colo. In his time with the USOC, he would design and implement training programs for athletes who were on rehabilitation visits at the Olympic Training Center. Gough also implemented programs for the bobsled team, paralympic ski team, junior world greco roman wrestling team, and various other sports.Gough received his bachelor's degree from Valdosta State University where he was also a student volunteer assistant in the weight room. His time as a student assistant allowed him to work with the football, basketball, baseball, volleyball, softball, cross country and golf teams.Gough resides in Kennesaw, Georgia.
