Joseph Walters is an Assistant Professor at Ave Maria University inthe Exercise Physiology Department. Walters has been in the fieldof strength and conditioning and exercise physiology since 2009,and has had the pleasure of working with professional, college,and youth athletes. Walters also served in the United States MarineCorps and has deployed to aid Operation Enduring Freedomand Operation Iraqi Freedom. Walters current research interestsare strength and power adaptations to exercise stress, musclehypertrophy, and body composition.
The NSCA is a recognized 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit dedicated to advancing strength and conditioning research and education for all people.
