Jason C. Casey, PhD, CSCS*D, EP-C is an Assistant Professor of Kinesiology at the University of North Georgia in Dahlonega, GA. Jason holds a PhD in Human Performance from The University of Alabama. His research interests include: identification of mediating factors governing fatigue and recovery, investigation of modalities to enhance performance and recovery, high intensity functional training, athlete monitoring, and body composition. Jason has over 10 years of experience in strength and conditioning as well as personal training.
