Coaching Education from West Virginia University. He earned his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and currently works at Healthworks Rehab and Fitness in Morgantown, WV. He also holds the CPT and Functional Movement Screen (FMS) certifications. Fletcher has been a strength and conditioning coach at the high school level for several years and interned at Fairmont State University, working with the football team during the summer of 2015.
